3. Booking and Appointments
To book a service, please contact us via phone or email. All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email or phone) to ensure that we have availability.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices for services are clearly stated prior to booking. Additional charges may apply for unexpected repairs or services that fall outside of the original scope of work. Full payment is required upon completion of the services.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is in a condition suitable for the services provided. If there are any issues or concerns about the vehicle’s condition, we recommend discussing these with our team before booking the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
GG Garage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
1. Refund Eligibility
We strive to provide the best service and satisfaction for our customers. However, in cases where services do not meet your expectations or there is a service failure, refunds may be considered. Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Service Failure
If a service has been performed incorrectly or the issue was not resolved as promised, we will offer a partial or full refund. You must contact us within 7 days of the service to discuss the matter.
3. No Refund for Change of Mind
Refunds are not provided for a change of mind or dissatisfaction with any specific service unless the service provided was faulty or did not meet the agreed-upon standard.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us via email at mrvalerys86@gmail.com or phone. Provide your booking details, description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or photographs. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
In cases of damages caused by us during a service, we will either repair the damage or offer a refund for the specific part of the service where the issue occurred. If an item or part is lost during a service, we will provide a full refund for the replacement cost.
